Live Streaming classes must be booked in advance from the schedule below or through the schedule tab in the FlyDog Yoga app.  An active FlyDog Online subscription is required to book live streaming classes and to access our digital library.  After you register for a virtual class, a link will be emailed to you approximately 30 minutes before the start of the class that will allow access to join the class.  Or, once you are registered for the virtual class, you can join the virtual class by clicking the “Join Live Stream” button that will appear on the schedule page below and in the FlyDog Yoga app.  Detailed instructions are available here.
