Anne is a certified 500 RYT with all of her training through FlyDog Yoga. She has also completed certification in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Anne enjoys teaching everything from sweaty Power classes to calming Nidra and watching the “aha” moments when students realize they need BOTH.
Prepare for the unexpected in Anne’s classes! If you don’t know what is next, and you don’t have time to think about it…how do you respond? We hone our skills on our mats, so we can tap in “off” the mat. We focus on harnessing our breath and tuning in to what’s possible in your own body – on this day – in this moment. Through the sweat, we practice being present so we can drop judgement (of ourselves and of others) and expectation, and instead embrace what shows up today. Anne’s classes are light hearted, creative, and grounded in using breath as our guide.
Fun Fact – Anne rowed on the Crew Team, in both a 4 and an 8, at Clemson, and met her husband of 29 years(!) while working a summer job in Yellowstone NP.
