Emily is a studio manager, CYT-200 and Barre Teacher at FlyDog Yoga.
What to Expect: Emily’s classes challenge her students to bring more intention, mentally and physically, to their asana practice with an emphasis on alignment and breath. She encourages her students to make the practice their own, meeting themselves as they’ve shown up on their mats without judgement. Her deliberate, strength-based classes are intended to promote a strong physical foundation, giving her students the tools they need to confidently explore what is possible for them, on and off their mats.
