Our 30 Days to Thrive program provides a framework of yoga, mindfulness, and self-inquiry to help us recognize and free ourselves from old habits while establishing new practices that nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits. The program includes:
- Online Program Manual
- 30 Guided Meditations led by FlyDog teachers
- 5 Weekly Virtual Meetings to check in and recap your experience
- Intro to Yin session
- Nutrition Sessions led by FlyDog Teacher and Chef
- Yoga Nidra session
A daily combination of asana practice, meditation, nutrition, personal reflection and gratitude work will cultivate a solid foundation from which you can live and grow. Participants are encouraged to subscribe to FlyDog Online for live-streaming and on-demand sessions to fulfill the asana practice. The program’s purpose is to guide you on your own personal transformation whether you are a beginner or experienced student. In 30 days you will create a whole new way of being and living. Whether you are looking for a huge transformation or small positive shifts in your life, this inspiring program will motivate you to take ownership of your life and live from a higher level of well-being.
The program is totally online and is self led, you can choose to do this with a partner or group. The 30 Days are divided into four weeks (and two days). Once you sign up, the 30 Days to Thrive manual is available as a downloadable pdf. It lays out the program in detail and includes themes of the week as well as your daily practice, journal work, meditation, nutrition and gratitude logs. Each week builds on the lessons of the one preceding it.
This is an opportunity that allows you to observe, reflect, reset and create yourself.
