In this series you’ll learn foundational concepts of yoga, asana, and meditation in an experiential format from Eliza, Ashley and Courtney N. You’ll be led through discussions and practical applications of the concepts while learning modifications and variations for common poses.
Eliza introduces herself and how FlyDog came to be. She discusses the main pillars of the practice as well as common questions and issues that arise in the practice.
Eliza teaches and basic meditation and flow to begin linking the breath and the movement.
Ashley takes you through a flow focusing on all sorts of twists to help strengthen and lengthen the spine, the side body and chest.
Courtney discusses the main props commonly used in a practice and takes you through a flow using them. Props can sometimes be seen as a crutch but they actually help to find more stability, space and opportunity in poses.
